My unit is not working when I plug in.
Be sure to apply the switch located on one side of the cord, on position IÂ
Verify also that the cord is completely unwind and the hot water bottle is being charged without the cover and on a flat surface.
During charging the bladder swells up.
If during charging the bladder swells up badly, please unplug, gently shake 3 or 4 times and after it has cooled down, try to charge again.
The bladder is fully charged but it’s not warm enough.
If after fully charging it, you feel the bladder it’s not warm enough, gently shake 3 or 4 times for better results.
Red light is not turning off after 15 minutes.
If the red light does not turn off after 15 minutes unplug, let it cool down, shake the bladder, and plug it again for 15 minutes. If the issue continues, contact customer service.
I hear a bubbling sound while the bladder is being charged, is that normal?
You may hear a bubbling sound during the heating process which is completely normal.
I lost my cord, can I get a new one?
Yes, visit the Accessories section and choose the cord according to your model.
